Great experience from start to finish, I can be quite picky about my hair and tried several places in Buckingham and whilst ok it's never been great. So managed to get a next day appointment with Emily and being my first visit she listened to all I wanted to achieve with my hair, she explained everything from start to finish on how to get there as well as asking my opinion on it all, also providing tips. Looking forward to many more appointments, really great service, highly recommended.

I visited Browns for the first time yesterday after a friend's recommendation. Georgina cut my hair and I absolutely love it. I've had a few bad experiences with other local hairdressers where I live, so it's such a relief to find a good one and to feel comfortable there. The salon seemed 'buzzy' and friendly. I'll definitely be going back, probably in the New Year.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. First visit to Buckingham salon. My hair was cut and styled by Grace,a lovely lady who listened to me and made very helpful suggestions. Would highly recommend.😊

My stylist Chesley was excellent. She offered good advice about the style i wanted. She understood my curly hair as hers is curly too. I was delighted with the result and will certainly be back

I had a cut with Grace today. I was so so so nervous, and she was a total gem. If you're someone who needs a high EQ stylist, I really recommend her. I'm pretty low-verbal autistic, and I have embarassing sensory scaries around haircuts. I've had the same hairstylist for 10 years in Canada- with lots of efforts to find a stylist closer to where I lived for the last 5 to absolutely no avail. Grace recommended some products to me earlier in the year, when I first moved here and was so *easy to talk to*. I decided to just get the trim overwith as I have been adjusting to so much change lately, I'm even (slowly!) changing my hair color for the first time in 15 years. I didn't do anything to help my chances of this going well (like maybe write a note in the bookings about any of my particularities, especially about wet-brushing my hair) but I was handled with kid gloves. She was attentive without making me feel scrutinized. Just the perfect balance of commitment and meticulous care while being perfectly relaxed. Oh, and the hair is spot-on even and feels great. A clean, crisp blunt cut that just 🤌🤌🤌✨️✨️✨️ For the ND folks- the salon is quiet, orderly and lots of natural light through big windows and tall ceilings. It is a bit of the classic *bright, clean white* aesthetic though so I would recommend going on a nice sunny day for the least *lightbulb* white vibes. Grace is also VERY consistent with water temperature check-ins if thats a worry for you, and is open to chatting but is NOT a yapper 🤌v comfy (not scratchy) capes and the hair washing sinks are adjustable (easily by you, with your head). They have two rooms for cutting it looked like, with 5 chairs in the one I was in. Well-ventilated.
